Hair changes!

So I may have done something a little bit drastic yesterday, and bleached the whole of the underside of my hair before dying it purple. I have very dark brown hair so bleaching is hard, I tend to go more of a gingery yellow rather than blonde. This time however, the roots went a very light blonde and the rest was the ginger tinged yellow. To do this, I used Jerome Russell's Bblonde Maximum Lift and it does work pretty well. Anything that works on my hair is a pretty good product, and this didn't fail.

The next stage was dying the bleached part purple and I used Bleach London's 'Bruised Violet'. I've heard good things about this brand, however I was slightly disappointed. The purple has gone patchy and looks more pink than purple. At £5 this colourant is not cheap so I was hoping for a little bit more. However, after researching a little bit more, I found that a lot of people had said that the purple colours were very unreliable so maybe the others will be better. I personally am not going to give it a chance, and am going to try La Riche instead. I'm also not going to leave a link as I really don't recommend this to anyone.
